This is something that I can't miss it when I visiting Singapore.. Since I knew about this delish Japanese style bakery and cafe, I'm become their loyal visitor ;p

I love this breads display.. Fresh and unique breads are served here.. I wanna try it all ;)

It's all about self-service here..

Clean n tidy place.. Nice place for having a tea break and quick bite..

A must buy bread here for me are Wassant (SGD 0.70), a soft bread with chocolate swirl filling.. They're available in Cream, Chocolate, and Kaya, I'm a big big fan of this wassant bread especially the kaya filling one.. And a Brazillian Cheese Bun (SGD 0.90)..

You must be wondering what is a Brazilian Cheese Bun (SGD 0.90).. This is a hard kind of bread which has a crisps crust with a moist n chewy center.. The cheese flavor is distinctive but not overpowering.. The crust on the outside with the moist chewy inside makes a unique and delicate combination..

Their another best seller's bun is Milk Pan (SGD 1.50), a soft bun stuffed with milky custard..

Generous milky custard filling.. Nyumm... It's smooth but has a rich taste..

Chocolate Twist, a sweet bread with chocolate swirl topped with almond crunch..

Cinnamon Coffee, coffee flavored bread topped with cinnamon sugar.. Coffee with cinnamon is a great combination..

This soft and powdered white bun is called Pafu Pafu Bun.. Have no idea why they called it Pafu Pafu, it's kinda funny yaa.. I choosed their Pafu Pafu Tsukune (SGD 1.80), pafu pafu bun stuffed with a pan fried minced chicken.. It's like a lightly type Chinese burger..

The other savoury bread is Sesame Pizza (SGD 2.20), a generous cheese is baked on sesame wheat bread base.. Although there's no meat on this pizza bread, the generous black sesame seeds really gives a nice warm aromatic of black sesame..
I just fall in love with this bakery.. Not only the various breads they serve but the taste and the freshness of the bread itself really can satisfy me.. That's why I keep coming back here ;)
